How to run a low budget youth soccer camp!?

Hellllo people! My friend and I are 19 and we really want to help the poor part of our city and run a low budget soccer camp in August for about 3 days or something like that. Does anyone have any idea where to start planning this? How do we find under privileged kids that deserve a fun time? We have a couple hundred dollars to invest toward it. Thanks a lot!

1. If you had started earlier I would have said the elementary schools but that is rather a dumb place to go now as they are all closing. Other places would be any boys and girls clubs or go to the police station and see what programs they have to keep kids off streets and see if you can get your message out to them. You will need to find some sort of place to have the camp. if your area has soccer fields already those are good places to check and see if you can get time on them over the summer. I assume you already have the balls and/or cones that you need for the program. Any place in the area that mothers go is also a great place to get the word out. Super Markets and the like.

2. First you should advertise like posters, telling your friends to pass it on or even going door to door inviting the parents/children to it personally. hope i helped :)
