Soccer training workout, please?
Im signing up for soccer next year and doing soccer camps during the summer, but i was wondering if has anyone has any exercises and workouts i could do outside?

1. idk depends on what you need to work on. get a personal trainer they really help you with everything.
2. Running is everytime ( u run about 60-90 minutes a game )
Middle Body ( abdominal strength ) crunches , pushups , situps
Upper body doesnt matter much but a few . pullups wont help
3. Just go for a run a few times a week to raise your fitness level for when you start playing.
