High School Soccer Training Hell Week Soon?

Hi, in 2 weeks I have to attend this extreme high school soccer camp that all we do is run which is from 9am-12pm and then 4pm-6pm everyday from August 27th til August 31st with a one day break on the 30th. I know I will probably throw up because 75% of the players that go do throw up but I am actually fairly in shape. I was just wondering how I should prepare for a hell week like this. Should I drink a lot of water early in the morning before I go? Or is that bad too early? When I get home at the afternoon from the first session should I eat a small meal? Stretch? Drink water? I still have a 2 weeks between then so I have been going to another camp and I can barely move. It is really exhausting and we run a lot. I am getting really in shape and I am thinking that next week I will do a lot of running also to get more in shape on my own. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips for preparing for this running hell week in 2 weeks? Any suggested schedule? All help will be highly appreciated as I don't have a clue at all. Thanks again.

1. Eat pasta or something with carbohydrates the night before they give you more energy.

2. start drinking water a day before to hydrate and eat lots of carbs during hell week. until then eat a lot of protein and go running in the mornings to get in really good shape. Don't run the day before hell week and take it easy that day too. in between sessions take a nap and eat a little something. don't any tingthing greasy, any acidic fruits, or any sugary sodas or monsters(or any other similar energy drinks) in between sessions. until then push your self to the max when you run.

3. wow i wish we only have three days ours is two weeks don't drink too much before practice and try to eat a little bit before the early practice even if you have to force your self and just take a nap in between sessions and stretch and eat when you wake up
