Soccer Training! Please Help!?
Hello, I need some help. I am a starter for my select team, and i am one of the better players on the team. I also play for my middle school. But this year most of the kids on the team are attending Clemson a soccer camp. And I need some help on drills that I can do with only one person: that teach me key fundimentals, like: passing, shooting, bending the ball, crossing, etc. If anybody can help me by making me a training schedule or by just naming some drills. (hat I can do alone)
Thanks,
Michael

1. I love soccer, and I'm good at it, even though I'm not the most athletic person, well heres a link that might help..

2. Do not try and get too good before you are good at the basics.
Unless you have some absolute natural ability it is all about practice. When you are with one other person, practising passing is very important as is close control. You can prwctice close control on your own as well
1) Practise juggling the ball at close quarters. The more you do it the better you will get. Also, use a wall to practice pass off, turn etc
2) Run a lot. Average soccer players become good soccer players if they are fit, even if you are not the most skillful
Just keep at it!
