How does a pro soccer team start there practices?

I want to know how the soccer teams like barcelona start the practices, what are the first thing they do. Am coaching a team and I need Dutch soccer style drills also. I want my team to play like Holland and Barcelona. Any ideas? Or people who know from the experiences etc. THANKS!

1. stretching is probably the first and last thing any perfessional team does. the last thing you want is one of your players to pull a muscle.
