Rash after soccer training camp?

I got this under shin guard after soccer training. How to cure this?

Public Comments

1. neosporn, and shower

2. Neosporin is for infections, not rashes. You need to wash the shin guards just incase there is a substance on them creating the rash. Try products made for jock itch on your shin or shins. Benadryl cream may help also. Ask if your fellow players are having the same problem. If so, it could be the equipment. If not you could be having an alergic reaction to the equipment yourself. See a doctor if it does not clear up.

3. You can try put baby powder to reduce the rash. The rash may came from allergic condition or you sweat too much (like diaper rash on baby). Clean you shin guard with a lot of Lysol.
