How to kick a Soccer ball Higher and Further?
I just started playing soccer 2 months ago, I want to know how to kick a soccer ball higher and further without weights, please give me tips! I really want to learn.

2. The best way is to use the instep drive method. Place your non kicking foot next to the ball, approach the ball, then bring your foot back while leaning slightly backwards, and finally hit the ball with the LACES and follow through.
