How can a 19 year old get involved in playing soccer?

I am about to start in a community college and I know they have a soccer league, but the rest of the team probably has more experience than me. I haven't played soccer in a league since I was in 5th grade. So I am wondering if there is any type of training camps or something similar that I could go to? I would also like any general advice for someone who is about to do this and what they should know and keep in mind. If it helps, I live near Rhode Island, but in Massachusetts

2. a community college intramural league is not going to be stacked with all-stars, so just join a team and start playing.

3. Probably, if you haven't played for a while play houseleague. Play there for a season and then when you get comfortable you can join a rep of select team.
