Soccer?~??

I really want to play soccer.. I love watching soccer and I used to play in elementry school in Korea. I came here at 3rd grade and never played since. I am in 10th grade now and I want to play soccer. My friends are all really good and I want to be good too. I have good stamina but I am really bad with the ball. How can i get really good?

1. practice dribbling more often

2. Juggling, it helps you out a lot to master control of the ball. Dribbiling, just dribble back and forth....start it off easy, slow and you can take a look at the ball as you do it...then increase difficulty by increasing your speed and try not looking at the ball. Soon you will be able to dribble without even having to look down at all. Also, use BOTH feet. Being able to control the ball with both feet will help out a lot.

3. Dribble the ball constantly. everywhere you go, even though it looks dumb, it helps you learn control fast. Also, a simple training aid like the kick-medic kit can help very much.

4. join a club or school team
practice practice
run

5. Every spare moment you have a ball should be at your feet. While your watching tv, in your room, or talking on the phone. Do lots of toe toches to the ball, and see how many you can get it 15, 30, 45, and 60 seconds. Some of the best HS soccer players can get about 240 per minute. Practice picking the ball up with your feet. Once you can pick it up and hold it on your foot, juggle with it. Get your friends to teach you little moves and drills to work on in front of the tv. Work on dribbling up and down the sidewalk (the sidewalk because you have to have more control cause the ball moves faster). Go kick a ball up against a wall using proper teqnique for at least 10 min. a day. Make a target on your wall and practice power shots (with your laces), pass shots (with your sides), and strikes (with a mix of your laces and sides). Have your friends practice volleys with you (sides, laces, knee to foot, head to foot, and chest to foot). I have more but that is quite a bit for now.

6. LISTEN,
WHEREVER U LIVE,
EVERYDAY GO TO ANYWHERE AND AND START JUGGLING...
KEEP PRACTICING IT EVERYDAY AND I CHALLENGE U THAT ULL BE GOOD AT DRIBBLING!
---->ANOTHER THING!!!!!<-------
EVERYDAY AT HOME,
TAKE A SMALL BALL AND PLAY A GAME LIKE--
WALK AROUND IN YOUR HOUSE EVERYDAY WITH THAT BALL AND CONTROLL IT IN A WAY THAT IT DOES NOT TOUCH ANY CHAIR, TABLE.ETC.
ULL BE GOOD AT BALL CONTROLL!

7. Ball control is a very important element of soccer. if you don't have control you can make a good pass,a good shoot, or make a move. Its the basic element that most of the rest of the game is based off of. to gain the nesseary contol i suggest having a ball at ur feet when ever possible. always a productive thing to do. but also ball taps and tick tocks are essential if you want to pull off that great pull back or move. do each for a minute or 2 with 3 reps and 2 sets or something like tht. u may have good stania but if u doing it right ull get tired pretty fast. do many cariations of the tick tock. do step overs, change direction, etc. all by doing the tick tock. very handy thing 2 master. also juggling is something u should learn how 2 do. although i wouldnt suggest trying it right away or ur going 2 get a bac habit. get some ball control at first then slowly approach and learn how 2 juggle.

8. Practice. You should juggle the ball with both feet and use you chest and thighs to gain a sense of control with it. Also, you need to practice dribbling, there is not use playing if you can't run with the ball. Also, I would play in a intramural league for your first year, until you get a good feel for the game. Then yo could try out for a school team if you feel very confident about you skills. Anything is possible if you set your mind to it.

9. go to soccer practice thats how i got good at soccer and i am in 8th grade

10. first thing is practice makes parfect, you have to practice a lot no matter what ppl say... every body makes mistakes and it takes time, i used to go to soccer camp a lot so i could train with better players and thats how i got so good i am now the captain of my high school soccer team and im only in the 10th grade so just keep trying and you will be great, u might even be called from your countries national team to play just like i did so just practice a lot... it pays off trust me
