Going to a sleepaway Soccer Camp?

So a week from today I'm going to a soccer camp at Baptist Bible College in PA (2+ hours away from my house) with 7 other kids from my High School soccer team (I play co-ed, but the camp does guys and girls separate). I know I'm going to need a TON of stuff (tshirts, soccer shorts, regular clothes, towel, bedding, etc.) but what would be an appropriate amount of luggage? So far I'm thinking a medium/small suitcase, a sport duffle bag and a backpack, plus my sleeping bag... should I downsize a little? Any tips for what to pack/bring? Anything else I should know? I've never been to soccer camp so ANYTHING will be helpful. :)
Plus I might have my period that week... any tips for dealing with that? We'll be doing nothing but playing soccer from like 9am to 7pm!

1. Is it called High Point camp in Lancaster PA?If it is, i'm going to that one in about 8 days, ha ha.

I know, there's a lot to bring. It definitely might be a handful, but what you plan on brigning sounds just fine. You may even need a bit more room, depending on the size of your bags. I suggest bringing any pain medication and tampons with you, because it's going to be gross to play in pads.

2. don't forget air freshener! you don't want your room to smell gross
