How can I get in shape for an intense soccer camp?
Any exercises I could do would be greatly appreciated!
Also, how much should I run each day?
And don't tell me to take some pill please. Thank you.

1. Well, if you are doing soccer camp, it will focus mainly on your legs, just do jogs every so often and learn to get a better diet for longer energy. Do cardio so your heart rate is up, lastly it's a sports camp so you will get fit either way.
