Would I get into University of Texas at Austin?

I am an Illinois resident in the top 20% of her class. I have a 3.5 gpa and received a 27 on my ACT with a 32 in English (my intended major). I also have a wide range of extra-curricular activities:
Editor in Chief of School’s Newspaper
National Younger Leaders Conference/Illinois Representative
National Honor Society
Students Helping Others (community service club) Governing Board Member
Peer Counselor
School Improv. Troop
Varsity Cross Country, Volleyball, and Soccer
State qualifier in Cross Country
Church involvement: Bible Camp Counselor
Youth Minister

I also won a community beauty pageant/scholarship program Miss Septemberfest

I have been in AP and honors classes every year in high school. I am currently as a senior taking 4 AP classes and taking on a full academic schedule.
