how to convince my parents to let me go to sleep away soccer camp?

im 13, and i play soccer on a travel team. my whole team is going to a sleep away camp 2 hours away for 4 nights, but my parents wont let me go. money isnt a problem, its fairly cheap. its just the fact that its far away for 4 nights. how can i convince them?? please help i want to go so bad!!!! this camo was recomended by our coach, ad it sounds like lot of fun. thank you so muchh!!!

2. tell them you want to be the next messi and earn 1 million dollars a week then they should let you go

3. Try talking to your parents about why they don't want you to go. I can understand why they think 4 nights is a long time, but talk to them about why exactly.

You can bring up the conversation by saying, "Mom, Dad, I want to talk to you about soccer camp. This is something I really want to do and my coach says it will be good for the team. I want to know why you don't want me to go." Then carry on a CIVILIZED conversation with them. Don't cry or whine because that will show them that you can't go away for four days.

Be sure to say that you are willing to help pay for it and that you would call them every day.
