what kind of places should i be applying to?

I am going to be a senior next year; here is basically my transcripts/activities:

rank: 23 out of 607
weighted 10-12 gpa: (around) 4.24
(not sure about unweighted)

I've been looking at places like Williams and Middlebury. With stronger SAT scores do I have a chance of getting in? What about any of the ivies?
Would applying to an ivy league school be shooting too high?
