1. bring cleats, shingaurds, extra socks, tennis shoes, a soccer ball, and a refillable water bottle. then just clothes and the normal things for any camp. maybe protein bars and drinks if you use those.

2. -cleats
-shin guards
-socks
-soccer ball
-reusable water bottle
-maybe a wash cloth so you can pour water on it and put it on your neck
-a small snack(nothing acidy, greasy, salty, ect.)
-and a soccer bag to put this all in (i recomend puma)

3. Cleats, shin guards, socks, water bottle, bag to bring it all in

4. Cleats, a pair of shorts and shirts (unless they give you an outfit there, I would still take an extra pear of outfits), UNDER ARM DEODORANT!!!, I hate it when I go to practice and the guys smell like poo and stinkiness, socks, a sports bottle, a back pack or a sport bag, shin guards, maybe a PSP or DS if you have one (just because its a sports camp, doesn't mean its all going to be fun, your going to need entertainment) a coloring book, and crayons.
