need help training for soccer (conditioning)?
I leave for a college soccer camp in 3 days and i just want to get a little bit more of an edge, is there anything i could do to help me have a little edge over the other players?

1. If you haven't been doing much before now...there isn't much that can give you an edge over the other players...Just go running and try to get yourself ready for the enormous amounts of cardio that I am sure the camp will have you do? and practice ball control? Other than that make sure your mentally and physically preped?
