Soccer Camp?

I got a scholarship last year to go to Mesa State soccer Academy. When I went I had never been in a dorm and didn't bring snacks. This year I am and I was wondering what to bring to eat that won't effect my performance at camp?

Public Comments

1. Well, anything you eat is going to effect your game. The best snacks (that can hopefully be preserved) are granola bars, yogurt, fruits, veggies, mineral water, raisins, dried fruits, whole wheat crackers, rice cakes, cheese sticks, nuts, and peanut butter.

2. Are you kiddin me? I survived the whole week of my summer camp on monster, cliff bars, and doritos, but the camp provided most of the food.

3. for camps I always bring power bars/nutrition bars, rice cakes, gatorade, water and some type of fruit(like apples or bananas)
