Recovering from an eating disorder, now soccer camp! HELP!?

Hey! This summer I have been seeing a nutritionist and a therapist about my eating disorder. I developed an eating disorder over the winter/end of fall and lost a ton of weight. (140 lbs-110 lbs.) I go to boarding school and havent seen my friends since I left. I am on my way to recovery and I eat 2200 cals a day, but I am still picky and obsessive about calories and what i will and will not eat... I am now 120 pounds and I am wondering what everyone will think of me when they see my weight gain...

I have soccer camp in a few days and I am wondering how to go about it. Should I email one of the senior girls I am comfortable with and give them a heads up about how im doing etc and that i will prob not be eating "normal" but just my safe foods that I''ll bring with me.. idk!!

im 5 ft 5 in and 15 yrs old. THANK YOU! HELP!

Yes, if it will make you feel more comfortable, then that would be a good idea. Good luck.

2. I'm 5 ft 6 and just over 130 pounds and people keep telling me I'm thin. I don't think you're fat and more over I strongly doubt they'll think you're fat, or even give your weight gain any thought at all. If you're anything like I was (10 years ago) you'll have been hiding your skinny body all winter under a ton of pullovers because you still thought yourself fat, so they probably didn't even notice your weight loss as much as you think they did. And last year you weighed 20 pounds more than you do now, so they also have that "old" you in their memory, so as I've said, your weight probably won't even cross their minds.

That being said, I do think it's a great idea to email one of the senior girls. Eating disorders are so common these days that they probably won't even be too surprised. It's also good to have somebody know what's going on so they can give you a reality check should you slip again. :))
Besides I'm sure you won't be the only one eating what you brought with you. Doesn't like everybody have at least 1 food allergy these days?
