FUN, SIMPLE, YOUTH soccer warm ups?
I have to warm up a U10 team tomorrow and I was needing help on deciding what to do in 30 mins. I want it to be fun and include light jogging. I play competitive but im just needing some help on what to do. I helped with a camp and we played monkey in the middle, and tails, and head catch, but what will really get them into it?? im looking for fast answers. thanks sooo much!!

1. i would suggest start by making them run the width and on the way back when you blow your wistle make them pretend to jump for a header then on the way back again do high knees next high heels next make them reach down and scoop the ground and lastly make them get into a circle with one person in the middle to lead a stretch routine with quads, calves, knees, groin, and arm stretch.
