How many pounds do you think I'll drop in 2 weeks of soccer camp eating 1400 calories a day?
My soccer camp goes from 9am-2pm. Out of this time, we are moving for 4 hours. 1 hour is for lunch and we sit down for that.
We run a lot around the track, we run a mile a day, do sprints and jogs and of course, soccer drills.
i eat relatively 1400 calories a day. Sometimes less depends if I'm hungry of not.
I'm currently 135 pounds at 5'9 so I was wondering how much I will loose just outta this camp for soccer for 2 weeks?

1. Probably 6 to 8 pounds..closer to 6.
2. given your weight and height your calorie intake should be less..and more around the 1200s, but for 2 weeks with 4 an hour practices..id say you can loose about 8 lbs. maybe even more if you bring you calorie intake down some!
3. From my experience, I know that you don't eat enough if you are going to be doing that rigorous of a workout. You need to be eating at least 2000 calories a day if you are an athlete. Plus, you do not need to lose weight if you are only 135 pounds and 5'9. That is a healthy weight, and you could even stand to gain some weight. I am a personal trainer, and when you are an athlete, I think that you should follow my advice to becoming healthier. I don't mean to be rude, I just want you to be healthy.
