How many pounds do you think I'll drop in 2 weeks of soccer camp eating 1400 calories a day? My soccer camp goes from 9am-2pm. Out of this time, we are moving for 4 hours. 1 hour is for lunch and we sit down for that. We run a lot around the track, we run a mile a day, do sprints and jogs and of course, soccer drills. i eat relatively 1400 calories a day. Sometimes less depends if I'm hungry of not.
